So what makes me want to run people over with my car when they are crossing the street at snail pace, acting unaware of their surroundings, oblivious to the line of cars waiting for them to make it 30 feet from one sidewalk to the other. Please don't think I am talking about the elderly, disabled, or even small children, but adults who possess able bodies and minds. You need to add these people to your list of "people you'd like to punch in the throat."
